Only 4 stars as it wasn’t the best weather. Staff on board were super helpful.
The staff on board were super friendly and helpful. The weather wasn’t the best for snorkeling sadly but we still made the most of our time on the island. Good price for first timers wanting to experience snorkeling, we had 2 kids 9 and 10 and they were able to see some fish and were lucky enough to have a swim with a turtle.

Best attraction in Cairns when weather is nice sunny
We had heard mixed reviews about the island but we were pleasantly surprised. The beach and water were amazing. The resort was good too. We did one one-day tour but wished we stayed there for at least a couple of days. Already making plans to go back this year. Hopefully the weather will be good again ☀️

We did Green Island full day cruise with glass bottom boat ride
The crew members were very helpful and polite. It was a rough day in the sea. They helped all the passengers to comfort. Despite of a very rough sea and hot weather, we enjoyed Green Island at our pace. Glass Bottom boat was the highlight. We saw many alive colourful corals, turtles and fish. It was a good introduction to the reef. There is not much to do on the island itself. A short eco-tour and a crocodile centre. We didn't go to the crocodile centre as we thought it was not value for money but a family with kids would have enjoyed it. Overall it was a good experience provided by the tour operators.
